PAYMENT METHODS:
CREDIT CARDS, including debit cards; with the visa logo, are accepted through our shopping cart. To use your credit card, place the items you want into your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on "check out". You will be taken to a window that lets you use your credit card.
SHIPPING:
Your order is subject to availability and/or custom items. Some orders may ship in multiple boxes if they come from more than one warehouse. Special order items requested from the warehouse may take the longest. Please keep in mind that the spell kits, wands and faerie skirts are custom made after the order is placed so please allow time for this to be properly done. Shipping charges are based on rates for the domestic United States. Orders may take up to six weeks to ship, not including delivery time. Outside of the US, shipping charges will vary. We reserve the right to charge you the appropriate charges for shipping inside and outside the United States, which may mean a small additional charge to your credit card. Some items are heavier or require alternative shipping methods because of the Homeland Security Act shipping restrictions, which may incur higher shipping charges. Our shopping cart shows the message that "Actual shipping charges may vary." We welcome your email inquiry about order status. Placing an order with us denotes your acceptance of these terms.
BACK ORDERS and OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If your item is backordered, it will be sent to you as soon as it is available. Your invoice will be marked "Shipped separately". There is no additional shipping charge for back order items. We ship them at our expense. If we find that it will be a considerable time before your item can be shipped, we will refund the price of the item so that you may reorder it at a later date.
SALE or DISCOUNT COUPON ORDERS:
Please enter your coupon number in the Message/Comments area of the shopping cart. Your discount will be applied when your credit card is charged.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received. This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by other parties. We are not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or through any such site, or information collected by such sites.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether such orders have been confirmed and your payment sent. If your payment has already been sent for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Price and Availability is Subject to Change Without Notice. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy "Prices Subject To Change Without Notice". We will make every attempt to complete your order before cancellation.
ORDER RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Orders cancelled before they are shipped are subject to a $25.00 cancellation processing fee. Limited approved returns need a return authorization email from us; otherwise return packs will be refused. We are not obligated for any reason to issue a return authorization email. Shipping charges are not refunded. Restocking fee of 25% applies to all items. Damaged items or errors must be returned by you to us for correction or credit. We do not refund shipping. Orders unclaimed, refused or undelivered will be charged shipping, plus return shipping, plus cancellation fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders ship by Air Parcel Post. The method and cost are determined by items ordered, cost, weight, size and destination. Some items cannot ship outside of the US. This includes any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. Free shipping vouchers/discounts do not apply on international orders. Shipping charges are calculated and an email is sent for approval within 2-3 business days if additional charges are required. A response is required within 7 days after receiving our notification. Orders do not ship without approval, and can be cancelled up until that time. A phone number is required for delivery. The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents as the correct value must be provided. We do not mark packages as gifts or samples, all prices will be shown for custom clearance.
